Did 5 Byakko yesterday, 1 haidate dropped. Of those 5 Kirin pops, chances are we'll see 1 w.legs. I don't even want to think of how many hours of camping Ulli and watching gilsellers claim that it took to get those 5 stones. Thankfully I got all my sky shit long ago and I'm just helping out. Can't imagine how pissed people trying to get haidate/w.legs are right now. Go go gilsellers and 15 mil osodes.

Sadly, this is why I say Sky isnt greater than sea. Sky is just not that fun and isn't always (or even usually) good drops.

But if you don't get a Haidate at least you can get some of the following items:

Some of them may be a bit lol, but it's better than being totally hosed and not getting a pop item or the only piece of armor that the mob drops.

This is probably just coincidence but we have had much better success clearing all of U-Room then letting everything repop before killing again, in fact everytime we've done that U has popped within a reasonable amount of time. Probably just a superstition.

There is a gilseller group of RDM, PLD, BLM who sit in the teleporter room. The PLD claims a statue and runs circles until it de-pops. They do this for hours at a time so I assume this method is proven to pop Ullikummi or they are just screwing with people inbetween windows.

Considering that once my ls camped ulli for 7 hrs with no pop a year ago I doubt that. It's a lottery, sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't.

My LS has had many completely failed Ulli camps. After a post-change 13+ hour marathon camp (on top of several 7+ hour ones) we came to the decision as a LS our time is better spent elsewhere. Camping Ulli was a pain in the ass due to 3+ 24/7 RMT LS up in the shrine before, but now it's nothing more than an exercise in aggravation. It's pathetic that SE has let certain aspects of this game deteriorate to the point where entire linkshells are opting out of content because it wastes so much freaking time.

I've been doing sky with my current LS and previous linkshells for over 2 years now, and either due to seniority or linkshells breaking up, have never had much of an opportunity to lot on a haidate. At this point, my chances of getting a pair are so infinitely minuscule that I've completely given up hope on ever getting them. I'd say that I'm annoyed and kinda sad about it, except that I've become completely apathetic towards a lot of the activities in this game.

Wasting a whole night for maybe a chance of ulli...... /no. I'd rather get some, or all, god spawns while the rest of the people in sky are killing statues for hours and hours, and we get a full god set before ulli spawns.

Yeah, most of it, but ulli most likely hasnt spawned before killing everything else, just go back there and try our luck. It hasn't really been that hard to camp until recently though, much more competition due to him not spawning as often.

You could leave a couple people at ulli camp while everyone else goes and gets the other pop items.

Yea but those couple people claiming versus a competitive LS leaves little to be desired... you got to remember Ulli is harder to get than the other 7 NMs, save Zip maybe.

Last few times I was there, I would guess there was ~50 people in that room (at around 5+ hour mark), would be really hard to claim with a few people. x.x

RMT + 2-3 other LS.... 2-4 hour respawn or Olla type pop please. ; ;
