We've had a pally live through and have hate for every citadel buster (it resets hate).

Citadel Buster is a joke on my PLD, only thing that really makes low health hard is Gravity Buster imo

It's not so bad really, ever since they capped R1's xp loss to 1300~ and RR1 too, a Reraise Earring is much better to keep equipped at all times, because it's not overwriting such a major slot like Neck or Head. If it's cheaper on your server by far to get one of these over the RR2 items, it's a decent change.

From Ultima, we've gotten 2 heads, 1 body, 1 legs, 1 hands, 2 feet out of I think 3 fights. From Omega we have 1 Legs, 1 Body, 3 Heads, 1 Hands, and 0 Feet. I think also 3 fights. Not too shabby I would say, especially since I got the first legs <.<.

It seems like most shells have trouble getting 1 or 2 particular items, although it's different for everyone so I wouldn't say it's an imbalance in the drop percentage. For us, it's legs from Omega and and hands/body from Ultima. Haven't seen even one of any of those pieces in like 8+ kills on each boss.
