Completely forgot about this game(didnt expect it to come out so soon) been hella busy in real life, anyone else pick it up?

I couldn't make it through the first 5 hours of Xenosaga II, frankly. I don't plan on watching Xenogears beaten further into the ground. =(

I had such high hopes for the prequels to Xenogears. But Namco just fails to realize that people wanna play a video game. Not watch it.

QFT.. seriously the battle systems are just not good enough and way too many cutscenes. Longwinded like my posts on messageboards lol. Could say alot more with less CSs imo. I was really disappointed after Xenosaga I and couldn't really find the patience in me to sit through II... no fucking way I will waste money on III.

It's very good (MUCH longer cutscenes, but if you like story it won't bother you) and the battles are great.

Watching is pretty much all you do when you play Xenosaga...

Edit: Disgaea 2 came out the same day. It owns.

He's saying he hasn't played 3 yet but 1 and 2 were good. I just rented Xenosaga ep 3 i'll post in a while and say if its good or not.

I liked Xenosaga. Who cares if the cutscenes are long I spent a hell of a lot more time battling and leveling and that card game is too fucking addictive XD.

I finished Episode I, half way thru Episode II (stopped, playing Kingdom Hearts II atm)

I'll get III when it's 19.99.. will be awhile maybe i'll be done with Episode II by then

I've always hated how you (might've) spent ages getting to a high level then for no good reason the sequel has you at level 1 (or some other shitty level) again

Yes...DMC2 was stupid (I still played it to death for lack of a better action game at the time).

What was cool though was playing as Trish. I've always hated Dante for giving the coolest sword ever to that bitch
