why use x3 whm/blm or rdm/blm ES slow (or slow II) when you can use x2 brd/blm to the same duration but more slow%

We use this strategy too.
For BRDs in SMN PT or BLM PT can sub /blm for ES elegy since they don't go down to khimaira and sing for tanks. Instead of spamming elegy every 15seconds praying for it to be stuck, go /blm and do some kind of ES elegy rotation.
Other linkshells in our sevrer started to do this method when they found how easy are those 3 NMs with BRD/blm.

It's like that on Fairy too (normally at least three linkshells with a stall force, four to ten people), I think your server is the weird one, and not Diabolos. >_>
