Yesh. My group wants to focus on these items first though before moving onto the other ones. After these bunch are done we're going to do either the BCC or LAC routes, which for BCC's drops mean lvl15 Arrapago + 35 Silver Seas, and for LAC it means lvl35 Bhaflau and lvl15 Zhayolm.

Patience my taru friend ;p I think the biggest reason people are doing the ones you mentioned more, is out of convenience and because the items are just the sex.

That's actually one of the more doable ones. lvl15 is from a Card NM, 100% drop, lvl25 from Long Arm Chariot, lvl35 from lvl4(?) Rampart in Bhaflau, just gotta get lucky to see it, this one will be your choke point.
