I believe it's only the second drop on Kujata. Those of us camping since the update are a combined 1/~40, with someone going 1/1 on a random claim as they walked through as ES popped.

To answer above questions about Sagittarius X-XIII; 2 of the 3 times I killed him they were 12 hours apart from last spawn so I dunno.

We were just killing time camping Ose and farming KS, Mathais ran over to check LoO spawn out of curiosity and it was up, we went over and killed it for the hell of it and it dropped. He's considering taking DRK to 72 and stopping just so he can SE with the latent at full effect.
