i remember that NM, i was leveling blm in boyahda tree a long time ago

Our all-star puller failed to tell us that he pulled an NM, i think he thought it would be funny or something (he also didnt tell us that he stole it from a BST-Craeja) we ended up 2hr'ing and i remember killing it off with AM because it was fucking psycho

Craeja was soooooo pissed at me for the longest time, thinking it was my fault, Well apparently because i got angry tells from like all of ConnectionLost >_> the helm sucked anyways (i threw it away after i had space problems once)

The "Mushroom King" alias was born in the early days of my Garrison linkshell when I had just gotten Cooking to 65 and could HQ Roast Mushrooms reliably. I spammed "SHROOOOOOOOOOOOOOMS!" every time somebody killed a Forest Funguar and it dropped a Sleepshroom, just before lotting on it.

When I discovered that there was, in fact, a Mushroom Helm in this game, I dropped what I was doing, geared up my WHM73, and headed to Boyahda Tree. To my surprise, it was up when I got there, and two other people were staring at it.

Thinking they were about to claim it, I cast Flash on it, and it came running towards me as I tried to put Stoneskin up.

Long story short, I never got Stoneskin up. It's first hit against me was a crit for 220 damage. A couple more 100+ shots later, I was on the floor. Feeling sympathetic, the two other players Raise'd me, invited me, and we killed it together because "We just want to kill that damn thing. You can have the Helm." No drop.

Came back the next day with my THF75 buddy. We cleaned his Heart Snatcher from start to finish but only saw Ellyllon once. She dropped a Reishi Mushroom, which I ate vigorously, but no Helm.

So this past Sunday, a buddy of mine mentioned during Besieged that he needs a Coffer Key, and the entire Besieged party decided to head to Castle Oztroja to help him get it. I brought my Club of Trials. Thanks to the THF buddy, two keys dropped extremely quickly, so I got very little actual work done with regards to breaking it. He told me we could go back to Boyahda Tree and break it, like we did with his dagger.

We cleared the room once before Ellyllon popped right behind me. Not learning from my past mistakes, I cast Flash on it, the THF very quickly (praise Altana!) got hate, and we killed it. Dropped the Helm. I took the moment immediately following the coronation to dub the THF "The Mushroom Knight."

Epilogue of this very Zam-worthy story: The next Death Cap we killed broke the Club of Trials. An hour later, I had a party on its way to Ro'Meave to learn Black Halo.

Kujata server doesnt go ape shit over KB as much as they do about fafhogg, some pretty lame "im going to bot the shit outta the 3 kings but i cant kill them" JP LS has been holding a monopoly on him for awhile now (yes they do bot, nobody comes to fafhogg randomly and claims every time they show up)

DA topped out at about 450 one day during NA primetime and Nidhogg didnt even show up, every person who camped HNMs on the server showed up plus a few JP shells.

We've had a random LS come to Faf 3 days ina row, and claim 2 fafs, and a nidhogg. Despite them almost wiping everytime. The same LS who wiped to KB and let rmt take it, or the same ls that took an hour + to kill kb.

We were never close to wiping on any of those Fafs or Nid. All of which were killed with 12-14 (not that its anything big, but why it took longer)

And we never wiped and let RMT claim KB. RMT claimed from the start. We stole it from them, but immediately got stunned then meteored on claim. That was why we died. All 6 of us there. KB was then killed by a team up of RMT and a JP ls.

And zion has never killed KB, let alone taken an hour+ to do it. Not sure were you got that info.

Why does Kupo/Nora try to start stuff with every other ls... Can't you just worry about your own linkshell?

If Kupo would put half the energy they put into bashing other linkshells, into their own linkshell efforts, they would be by far the dominant and most accomplished linkshell on the server.
