Just those 3 screenshots should give anyone plenty of information on their strat. 2 RDM, 1 BLM. Kill Parata first, Bladmall second. Blizzaga only hit Bladmall at the end, so probably one of the RDMs runs the summons off and sleeps them elsewhere.

That ENM is such a joke, just take a balanced party of 6 and you can beat it easy as well.
