I used to xp with anyone, till I capped out on my major merits, now I only do friend pts. I'm just not bothered for random stupid shit, and when my friends wanna xp I know i'll have a good time. (My last non friend pt landed me in a pt with 2x raesetsu mnk w/panther masks, I was over the moon)

As for his gear, he'll have to post it

not 100% sure of it because I never /c but it's a heavy acc setup, Pcc(now he has a torque, dunno what he uses), sniper+1x2, dune boots, etc etc.

Yep. Just need b.haidate, s.togi, and bandomusha kote to complete my primary XP set (then I can concentrate on s.togi+1 and s.haidate+1

I'm actually looking forward to the pickup parties lol. When I still had Batardeau I would get tons of random JP invites and as soon as I'd show up at camp I'd get at least 2-3 /checks (no bazaar). Then the people, assuming I didn't speak Japanese, would go on about how ridiculous my gear was (mostly just Love Torque and Batardeau were the only two "wow!" pieces). Even if the xp sucks, it's kind of a good feeling giving people something to talk about lol. I guess after the novelty wears off I'll get sick of it, but for now the attention is still kinda nice, lol.

Can you guys actually renkei together, I mean with FH and MS for darkness or light? I know some relics only create fusion, or gravity.

That sucks, at least they should have done was make it distortion. But I agree that SE should add something in now like your level 4 your describing, something special for you relic owners, so all the other players can just galk at.

I can't find my other Fafnir/Nidhogg screenshots from the day we clearned the darters for fun and were doing Thundaga III bursts on thundersday/Thunderweather where I had might highest bursts

Here are the ones I found though.

If I remember right, pretty sure the KB burst was thunder weather, but some other neutral day. DL burst was Thunders day but dark weather and fafnir burst was no weather on a neutral non-thunder day.
