Why Flood?
I got 3 burst, 2 freeze, 1 tornado - probably going to delete tornado and pop lvl 3 freeze, Aeroga III is fine for Kirin.

Darkness/distortion on Tiamat when low on SMNs, extra free-nuke while Burst is on cooldown for Fafhogg. Never thought about Flare for Baha2's Jorm. We just nuke lightning on everything but Ouryu. Really most BLM should just get 3x Burst then choose the rest based on what you do most often. All of them have ups and downs.

Nah, heh, trick is have a NIN/BRD or two, buff up, nuke your ass off switching between magic burst and resistance down gear, equip earth staff hit Blink and pray, rest repeat, never letting a single MP go to waste! Die? Get kicked, reraise, buff, get reinvited, go back to work!

Sadly my LS hasn't fought a Fafhogg on Lightningday in what seems like years ><; Get plenty of claims, just... wrong day. I'll get some screenshots up if it ever happens.

NIN/BRD is great for playing BLM, lets you just have fun and blast away . We seem to only get Fafhogg claims on thundersday, very rarely others.

Lost 150ish HP from a AoE then it proced right after. I had 4100+ HP with food, equip, drink. I just need a Cassie Earring and a lucky hit and I can crack 2000+

Sorry if this is absolutely retarded but cant you time it so that a mage invis's you right after you SA and before you WS? Kinda in the same fashion a THF will SA >> TA >> Hide >> WS?

Invis doesn't shed hate or give the "you can SA from any side" property, that's Hide onry (and even then Hide won't work if the thf already touched fafnir).

Obviously with 2 hour but still by far the most ive done on faf with sword. Was before warrior's charge was added too, so got lucky with the double attack.
