AF hat.

AF hat reduces casting time and recast time both, with the same haste factor as Walahra Turban.

Only the turban doesn't reduce casting time, as well.

Not a RDM, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe RDM AF Hat also reduces casting time by a small(?) amount, as well as the recasts..making it better for Refresh/Haste cycles?

unless you have duelist chapeau, no reason in the world not to use warlock's....but you can keep a haste+refresh cycle on 1 party np with duelist hat + dalma on....

Even if you have chapeau there's no reason to not use Warlock's for haste/refresh. The less time you take casting and recasting, the more mp you can get back from your chapeau.

no, others should be casting that on you if your rdm/nin tanking faf or whatever else. There are other ways to build hate.

Should wear Elite Beret at all times though, with Dalmatica while Enfeebling, if tanking cause of Refresh or Haste hate, go all out Carapace Gear.


Also, in terms of Haste, Warlock's Chapeau is 5% (w/ Faster Casting time, as said before), and much better looking. I feel like killing Red Mage's who wear Turban like 10 more mp and 30 more HP will make a world of change.
