Actually it seems to kick in when subbed almost always. It just doesn't last very long. But when you are stunning -ga's, who cares how long it lasts?

It's a better sub for DRG than for NIN tho.

I tested on WHM/BLU (Healing Breeze whore). I stunned in about 1 of 30 headbutts on T enemies. You see the stun wearing off - thats how you know it worked.

The only good thing about subbing blu, is cocoon. That's all... And on ninja, that doesnt mean shit.

A paladin subbing blu and casting cocoon, would get a 50% defense bonus. Thats at least somewhat better than a nin.

Don't forget auto regen and curaga. So it's not completely useless, it's just not that great.

Wich you also get with whm sub, and more.

But theres just one thing thats kinda cool about blu that could somehow justify using it as a sub. Poetic Justice. Nothing better to see a mob die by its own WS. And thats not even practical
