Does that work in a party? It occasionally does that solo I know, but I didn't know it'd work for a party. For some items though I do have it drop and instantly lose it, other times it never drops in my pool if I have it already.

I'm pretty sure it works in a party. I seem to remember some people killing Aspid on my server, dropping everyone but a few people who had d feet abjs, and it dropped no abjurations at all.

There was a discussion on this sort of thing before. Basically, items that appear yellow in your inventory that you can use will still drop, then get lost. Items that are white and unusable will not drop, period.

Or at least, that's what I noticed.

I can see that. Because I've gotten coffer keys to drop + instant lose because I already had one before.

I always thought that if the item was not a 100% drop, it could sort to you, then instantly be lost. Items which are 100% drop will just not drop at all. That could be wrong, but that is what I have always thought, and never stopped to notice otherwise.
