Anyone have this?(FFT Multiplayer rom/emu thing)

Recently ive been playing through my old games, Ocarina of Time, Mario 64, Super Smash Brothers, ect.
Well, a few days ago I got to playing Final Fantasy Tactics, and again was engrossed in it. A while back I remember a project to make a Multi Player version of this, but forgot where the site was and how far they went. Basicly, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it, or had it.

Yes, I know this is and Odd(And Old) request, but if anyone knows the site that has/had this, it would be great.

I recently have been downloading gameboy emu's and roms... and remembered something and went back and checked... I think this may have been what you were talking about. I've never used it, but supposedly it emulates the link cable...
