Fresh Server.. Would you play?

I sold my char and I have to say in a way I regret it.
I was thinking... Why doesn't SE do something similar to Wow?
I bet if they released a fresh new server without transfers to it.. that would be fucking fun
I would so start over and it would basically be a race to first.. 75.. first hnmls..
Even the old content we are tired of doing at the moment would be fun this way.. atleast I think so
Anyone else wishes SE did this?

Its much worse starting over on FFXI than WoW,since you basically solo till 60. I made constant characters on different servers when I played wow all the same stuff over and over.

The difference with wow and ffxi is.. ffxi is actually a social game. I got one char to 60 on wow and it was so lonely and boring that I wouldn't want to do it again. FFXI on the other hand I wouldn't mind restarting cause its fun to play in parties of 6 even though a lot of people bitch about it.

They did that already. It was called the Xbox 360 beta test and, from all accounts, it sucked. Do you REALLY want to be on a server where everyone is flooding the newbie zones for the first weeks/months, where nobody can craft decent items or food and your best source of income is quests and NPCing shit?

Why does this all matter to you anyway? You bot, you openly admit to botting, so who gives a shit about anything you do? Psychologically, you're going to continue this behavior to any "fresh" server or new game you go to. Just because you want your bot to be the fastest? Or do you just want to be the only botter? It's fuck-ups like you that ruin the rest of our fun.

I never actually cheated in the game (except jumping aery so i can go do other shit lol and after i got caught i never did it again)..
I dont consider botting cheating .. it gives me no fucking advantage except not having to contribute to arthritis

The difference is a normal fresh server would be new people when it starts instead of the people you know sticking with you (I'd want to keep LSes on the 6 month reset server). Also eventually a fresh server would be doomed to be the same as normal servers eventually.
