    I do think the valor head + stormwaker frame only curing was clearly intentional though
    I smell a patch coming.... ;D

    They do not use PUPs as tanks. PUP is not the "third tank" of the Japanese world.
    It's funny how people lash out with "WTF do we care what JPs do?" But the second we hear about Parade Gorgets and Goblin drinks from a JP, we have 150-200+ pages of posts about it.

    More on topic: Can an automaton cure anyone besides the PUP?

    I love PUP, but it can't tank, it can't tank at all. Sure Cure IV is nice, but with ADD nerfed it's even more of a bad idea.

    Nope, the puppet can't be cured by any outside source either. It obviously uses some sort of tweaked fellowship AI, and by tweaked I mean completely gimped. Even if they just copied the puppet AI to mimic the fellowship npc's the puppet's usefulness would increase tenfold (Outside cures, CureV, protIV/shell, HASTE, viruna, etc.)
