I wonder how charged up that Colibri actually was. Sleepga > Burst sounds like they had a plan on the order of the spell casting.

Side Note: SE needs to really discharge stored spells when they lose all hate, it's dangerous and doesn't need to happen.

Agreed. It was so fun back when mamools @ Bhaflau had mixed up jobs, I thought it was due to their loony nature, then they changed them to real jobs and they lost their fun.

I just thought it was because they were noobs. Silly NIN who can't land their debuffs, and silly BLM wearing black neckerchief and uncapped elemental skill!

Here's an interesting scenerio. I just went to lvl off of colibris in bhaflu thickets. Exp party was war/war/thf/nin/rdm/whm. Ideal tp burn setup. We got to camp and destroyed 2 or 3 colibris and all was good, then something happened.

We pulled a colibri and all of a sudden we found ourselves sleep-ga II'd. The ninjas shadows of course were shredded. Then the colibri decides to follow that up with burst II while we were all asleep hitting our ninja for about 950 damage and leaving him with 100 hp. Our whm cure IV the ninja then curaga 1 us and ninja recasts utsusemi ichi--> only to have it rape us with firega III and take out ninjas shadows again. By this point hate control is lost and the colibri deliveres another Burst II on our red mage for a knock out. Then we all get a nice dose of sleepga II again and the colibri takes out our ninja. White mage starts casting warp to get the hell out of there only to recieve a nice warm silence, canceling his cast midway.

Needless to say we got raped badly and died. Party wiped and disbanded. I lost my empress band charge because I didn't get another party after and now I'm down about 1500 exp.

So now WTF HAPPENED??? We did not have a blm with us and nobody casted any of these spells on it. Please clear this up because I have never had this happen before.

My first though upon reading this was ROTFLMFAO.

My second thought was "Why didn't the RDM silence it?"

My third thought was LMFAO.

I remember when SE finally changed the Jobs to what they should be, I didn't read the memo, went and pulled what I thought was a Nin and my pt promptly got an -aga 3. What a fun couple of days that was.
