that gm is clearly an endgame player, you can tell by his sarcasm. He also hates his job and prolly wants to get fired lol. Anyhow when i worked for comcast, i was the same way after dealing with whiny and stupid ppl all day, if they had a slow computer, id tell them to stop going to so many porn sites etc...lost my job 3 weeks later when one of my calls was "checked for quality assurance" which was just our supervisors listening to a call to make sure were doing our job still lol instead of fuckin around like this GM is. If i got a GM like this, id prolly enjoy the GM call that much more.

I don't blame the guy, lol. He gets this call 28837 times a day and seriously got tired of feeding you the automated bullshit he has macro'd. What would have been the outcome if he told you what they usually do?

It's stupid to call a GM if you know that nothing is going to get done. They didn't MPK you so there is no motive for the GM to do anything to them, let alone give you the mob back.

I think it's time people start accepting the fact that GMs don't listen to the whole "ohhh ohh can't you see they are gilsellers, do something about it!"

You should know that when a mob goes yellow, it's free game. When you cry about it to GM, I'm pretty sure they could care less. If I was a GM I'd say the exact same thing, after hearing 100 people cry about RMT and stuff GMs can't do anything about I'd get pretty sick of it too.

i actually called a GM the other day cuz gilsellers popped olla grande 5 times in a row by spamming a trade macro on the ???.


This same GM, Archantion, answered my call.

Basically I said that they were spamming a trade macro to the ??? which was resulting in them monopolizing a poppable NM, which is against the rules of conduct.

the response, "And it's working?"

yea no shit, anyways at the end of the conversation they ask is there anything else they can help with etc.

"Nope, thanks for your "assistance"." was my response

about 10 minutes later i get,

RMT called GM on our pld for kiting ulli while me and anouther thf slowly widled away at its HP to 51% GM jailed our pld for holding the NM and shortly after that somehow RMT rdm pull hate and we chase it all over i had almost even hate with the pld i was pulling hate every time i used a JA on him) all of a sudden it turns purple

all of us had blockaid up from almost the start i know the pld dident right away cuase they got 1 cure 1 off on him but that was it and that shouldent have mattered cuase GM jailed him right?

afterward we spoke to 3 or 4 diff GM's they wouldent do shit wouldent even speak to us about it all of us got same anser "This matter is being handled by anouther GM" i asked multiple time to speak to head GM or witchever GM was handaling the issue i sware its like this GM dident understand wat i was saying or somthing he just kept responding saying "This matter is being handled by anouther GM" then just out of no where no goodbye or the usawale can i help u with anything eles crap "Error msg not recived.User is either offline or changing areas" thats 5th time GM has done that to me and i ever tried to be polite this time for god sacks [/sigh]

Ok so i laughed when i saw the GM responses, i feel bad for the LS that lost to the RMT.

I also know that GMs probably arent allowed to talk like that, ive worked alot of customer service and that would get you canned in a heartbeat, when i worked for Qwest Communications, we were trained to basically act as if we agreed with the customer, that what ever happened was not their fault, it was all about empathy(unless they didnt pay their bill, thats when we passed them on to the collections people)

Yeah it's amusing he's being honest at least, but on the other hand SE are still a company and from that perspective it's appalling customer service. I know when I was working dealing with the public we were quality checked constantly with calls being listened into and anything we wrote being checked... from that point of view SE REALLY needs to pull some of these guys into check.
