I've never thrown a Bomb Core/Hedgehog Bomb, Morion/Phantom Tathlum(sp?)/Atter Sachet/etc
I've never DoT'd a mob that shouldn't be DoT'd.
I've never AoE'd while fighting a mob where you need to avoid AoE's
I've never accidentally won a lot on an item that I should have passed on.

I *have* accidentally woken a mob that was just slept with chi blast because I was trying to hurry and get my fully boosted chi blast in before we slept the mob so as to not waste 12 boosts without chi blasting. Yeah, tank died on that one, it was kinda funny, we still won though.

I *have* forgotten to get synth support, or forgotten to equip synth gear when it actually matters. (i.e. at a time when the +skill is required to bump HQ chances from t0 to t1)

Hmm.... trying to think of what other kinds of dumb things can happen.

What has everyone else here done or not done? Feel free to add things of course, I can't remember any other kinds of things at the moment.

Heh, as far as stupid stuff goes, I've not done any of those either, but I do seem to have the bad habbit of forgetting to change my subjob from traveling sub to fighting sub now and then. It's embarassing to show up to XP dressed as nin75/blm25 and then wonder why {Provoke} isn't working.

I haven't ever thrown anything I didn't want, or CFH'd something by accident that I remember...I have however "disposed" of stuff in my inbox that I meant to keep. I have forgotten to wear/use the proper skill enhancement items for crafting once.

I miss my chi blast window far too frequently :X Gogo 60 dmg chi.

I think my worst screwup ever was when I accidentally Dia'd one of the CoP 8-4 Pots that I had literally just got done putting to sleep, at the very beginning of the run... yeah, we wiped that run

I can't remember what I was trying to do, I think it was a gear swap macro. But whatever it was, I guess I scrolled down a couple macro pallets without noticing. So Alt-9 turned out to be a Dia2 macro instead of the gear swap that I had expected it to be

Thats EZ, cause of $$. NQ mantles fetch 3m and we sell algols for 6-10m ea. Not bad for a 20 min fight, especially in this economy.
