I use mach 3 turbo, but have to shave twice a day(atlest for work) once in the morning and at night after a shower, cause my hair grows faster than gil sellers go through lvls >_>;

I use a Fusion Power and it's definitely the best razor I've ever used. After using a razor that vibrates (previously the Mach 3 Turbo I think it was) I hate using a razor without it. It's the closest shave I've gotten without a barber and less irritation than anything else I've used, though I still tend to only shave once every other day. And I should probably think about keeping some facial hair myself, I'm 22 and I still get carded at R movies occasionally >.>

i found that i will always get a closer shave with a traditional razor... electric never is very close.

and like someone mentioned before for an ultra close shave shave once with the grain then lather up and go against the grain again be careful though that can cause razor burn if you dont rinse your razor enough and use enough shaving lube.

i found also that using a shaving lube rather than shaving cream works best. it doesnt foam up and is much more smooth. i use Jack Black shaving gel. http://www.getjackblack.com/ is their website.

You and I could totally hook it up, except that I'm a straight man. I just like men to look like men, not sissy JRPG pre-teen jerk-offs. To me, Solid Snake is like the prototypical man. What do you think of Snake?

This thread is funny because all the people with mithra sigs and avatars are comparing notes about what they use to shave their manly cheeks.

On topic: I use disposable razors, very carefully, and I typically only shave about every 5 days. But then, I've been working as a gaijin in Japan for several years now, and we can do shit like that. Shaving is a hassle because I have sensitive skin and I don't want to cut myself.

i use a mach 3 and never have a problem. this is how i pull it off;

1: buy girl version of shaving cream, it tends to contain more moisturizers as well as has a thicker solution.

2: make sure you use hot water, get it as hot as your skin can handle. if you dont shave in the shower than i suggest using a cloth to warm the face up. (this softens the hair folicle as well as opens the pores)

3: wet the razor, apply the shaving cream and wait a minute. the shaving cream i use when i leave it on it seems to tingle my face making it dulled (the pain from shaving long hairs)

4: go with the direction of growth, then go against, the one more time with the direction. the first swipe shortens the hair, the second cut close and third cleans up (these are light strokes by the way)

5: use an actual lotion on your face after youre done and dry. i use fragrance free lubridurm, no fragrance means no alcohol to burn my face.

btw ive used this method not only on my face but other parts and it holds up great even in the sensitive areas.

I'm much to frightened to shave my nuts. I just trim the hair with scissors as close to the skin as possible.
