I just use a handheld, it's cheaper and you get better precision.

The best way to get a clean shave with a handheld is to swipe downwards, then after that, reapply a little bit of cream, and swipe upwards. That'll leave your face feeling like a baby's skin.

If you haven't done it before, it's going to be pretty uncomfortable the first couple times, but then your face will get used to it.

I use an electric razor in the morning, usually, and use a normal razor for a closer shave a few times a week.

Personally I just use a Mach 3 and shaving gel, but I've been meaning to try some other methods. This video got a great response on digg, so I've been meaning to watch the series. Guys don't normally refer to their privates as "gooches"; that term is usually used for females.

You are thinking cooch(sp?) maybe? I think he means Taint.

Regular razor for the crotch, chest, taint, and ass.

Razor for the face too, although a different one.

If you want a close shave with a razor, you need to shave twice, lather up and shave with the grain, lather up again and shave against the grain.

Winner.

I never really have time for the second shave, but the down then up shave pretty much gets the job done.
