Hmm you sure you got the name spelled right? I usually use a macro I have it set on ALT 1 everytime I'm leveling a job under 70

Also, the blacklist doesn't load right away when you zone. So, a person can send you a tell while you're zoning and you might get it before the filters go back up. And, I've had it happen to me once where I blacklisted someone, zoned before it fully "sent" to the server, and then my blacklist came up empty until I relogged. The person's tells were still coming through and I couldn't blacklist them again, so maybe that had something to do with it. Game acts funny sometimes.

I've had my blist fuck up on occasion too, aside from just zoning. For instance, a few times when entering Kuftal Tunnel I would lose part of my blist (not permenantely, but for the duration of the zone). I figured this out one day when I started seeing the god awful text of the biggest douche bag on Ifrit in my old linkshell (my ls before atariii, just so no one in my current gets worried I'm talking about them =p). Seeing his name would make me nauseous.

Anyway, when that would happen I would try to add him back and get a "Failed to add to black list" message. Zoning usually set things right though.
