Good job in MPKing possible RMTs. Keep fighting the good fight, even if nobody else does. Sadly it will only take a few instances for this to be noticed and eventually nerfed by SE to reduce GM calls. This was post-MPK nerf? I know you can still train NMs on RMT, which is better than nothing.

The 2nd picture the thf had picked up a Korrigan, and my Fly parade.

I didn't think it would work but I was leaving my pet go, as they would 'ga the goobues and noticing it would not go claimed, but get immediately get hate from sleepga/or elemental-ga. So then I upped the ante and got one fly, to link with 5 flies from around the main tree. I followed the thf around with my fly parade and when we got back to camp, we had all the linked flies turned got a 'ga spell. I left my pet, he gets hate on their mages. Charm and release my claimed mob, he gets hate on them too.

Before I got fraps (after reformatting my PC and losing all the picture I had before) I have some POL shots of Ancient Goobue and Aquarius taking some of them out, I can't get POL to send my pictures though...

Ive been skilling up / doing 300es 2x times for the past 2 weeks on BST in kuftal and boya, and ive noticed this too. There are so many RMT its not even funny, in boya there was this normal RMT PT there and a manaburn PT, but never figured out a way to mess with them.

In luftal there was an 'alliance' 1 PT of BLM, and 1 PT of a NIN and BRD, the NIN would literally argo all the crabs and and lizards, sleep them and then manaburn them, each time was atleast a good 20+ mobs. So I started dia'n the mobs after they slept them, each time I did it I killed about one or two. They started thinking a bit, and they didnt sleep them anymore, and just nuked them , so the NIN died a few times, but they never gave up, so I just to hell with it.

lolRMT, gonna try that when I go to boya next.

This happened awhile ago in Kuftal Tunnel. A group of 6 RMT BLM would wait for an outside thf/nin to aggro a robber crab and sit at the camp. The BLM would all cast Freeze on the white crab and kill it with 6 timed Freezes; gay manaburn style. But they didn't all start castiing at the same time so I decided to help them out. Halfway through the casting time of Freeze I charmed and immediately released. This cancelled some of the BLM freeze's since they casted early but the last one or two BLM's would get their freezes off.

And with their shitty RMT gear and skills, the crab tore through most of them before they could CFH and get their thf/nin and whm PL to save them. It was funny the first time I did it and even funnier when I kept coming back lol.

God I've been waiting to MPK sellers again for a long time, I've heard of this trick but never got the opportunitty to try it out. Luckily for me there are some sellers up in the tree recently. My question - have you only been able to do it with primarily manaburn seller pts or do normal ones generally fall into the same trap?

This method works for mana burn.

If you're in the tree, it works to get a pet to fight Aquarius or Ancient Goobue on them, run away, log out quick, log back in, and watch the corpses pile up.

Thats the only other way I know how, but I'd like to learn anything else.

Another thing that I'd be doing was waiting for the thf to pull a few goobues, and just take one off it before they got hate so I didn't have to pull.

Been raping the entire zone fore god knows how long, argoing everything in sight then nuking. These are the guys ive dia'd on a few times, usually killing one for 2, but got alot this time, and they actually threatend me now :3

Disagree,

SE never fixed this, its the best way to now MPK mana-burning GS.

If SE wants to fix anything with BST, they could do something smart like,
Making the pet docile as it walks back to its radius, it won't link or aggro until its 100% health at its natural area.

What a fucking concept! They've already fucked with the job enough making it more party-friendly, yet the only time I've been in a party is events. {I want to play solo.}
I'm still trying to get my ancient goobue MPK pics off POL, it won't send to hotmail (I am trying 6 pictures at a time) Whats the problem? Otherwise tonight if he's up, and their there, its Goobuery time for teh Tree!
