I just got an idea.

There are multiple bombs.

Sylar, Peter and Micha.

Sylar because he thinks it's his destiny to take Ted's power and blow up.
Peter because he thinks it's his destiny to explode.
Micha because Linderman is going to use his power to blow up NYC to "save millions". I got this idea because it showed Micha with his hand out by a window as if speaking to all the Machines of NYC.

It really makes no sense that Linderman would include Peter or Sylar or Ted to blow up NYC, they can't control that element. So maybe Micha is the element they are going to control in the attempt to blow up NYC.

I don't see how Molly's power is gonna come into play now. I think Sylar's just gonna make himself known once he takes Ted's power, so it'll be kinda pointless for her to "find" him.

And I'm really hoping the bomb doesn't totally explode. I hope Hiro does his time reverse thing (like he did in Vegas with the gun) to rewind the explosion, then stop it to kill Sylar (or whoever explodes).

LOS ANGELES - NBC’s sci-fi drama “Heroes” is casting a wide net for next season, hiring six people, including “Alias” veteran David Anders, for recurring roles.

Anders will play the most intriguing part, that of the ancient samurai warrior Takezo Kensei, Hiro Nakamura’s (Masi Oka) childhood hero. Hiro spent most of the first season trying to get ahold of Kensei’s sword, which he hoped would help him in his quest to save the world.

Anders, who played Julian Sark on ABC’s “Alias,” recently did a multiepisode arc on ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy.”

In another Japanese connection, pop star and actress Eriko Tamura will play a Japanese princess. Tamura has starred in more than 15 Japanese features and TV series and has released 10 albums there. She made her English-language debut in the 2006 feature “Surf School.”

Also, Barry Shabaka Henley will play Detective Fuller, a New York police officer. Holt McCallany will play Ricky, the ringleader of a group of Irish thugs. Henley next appears in the feature “The Horsemen,” while McCallany next appears in the feature “Vantage Point.”

Additionally, Lyndsy Fonseca (HBO’s “Big Love”) and Dianna Agron (the CW’s “Veronica Mars”) will play beautiful cheerleaders in Southern California, where Claire (Hayden Panettiere) is expected to move. Fonseca’s character April is sweet, while Agron’s Debbie is a mean girl.

Looks like at least 6 more characters for next season. I dont recognize any of them, i didnt bother tolook them up either, but i'm sure all the weeaboos will be happy about the Eriko Tamura chick.

Origins is supposed to be a 6 episode "spin-off" between seasons 1 and 2. Each episode will feature a different but new hero. Afterwards, people can vote on these heroes on nbc.com to see if any will be included in season 2.

The basic idea is to get rid of the long lulls between seasons that hurt the first season after the second 8 week break.

Actually, Origins will be in the middle of Season 2, playing during the 6 weeks that Season has it's break. They are doing it, because after the break, they noticed less people returned.

To be honest I prefer 3 months break than... rerun -> rerun -> new episode -> rerun -> rerun -> new episode -> rerun, ect. And it wasn't so suddenly, Heroes fans were wailing about it 4 episodes before the mid-season finale.
