About last episode, I was just glad they didnt leave us on Peter's "death". It was so obvious he absorbed clair's power it would have been too cliché to end the episode this way. At least they didnt waste any time before we see him use his power.

I like Niki/Jessica, at first I didn't, but Jessica seems to a flawless fighter, with firearms, super strength, and martial arts I bet. Plus she is directly connected with my second favorite character DL.

If you are able to control what someone else think, you're probably able to control part of their brain they couldnt normally control. Those power arent logical in the first place, dunno why you think it's stupid she can stop someone's brain if she can control their thoughts

Holy shit, that's it... Mohinders power must be involved with being immune to other people's powers...If Eden couldn't convince him to stay that means he has some sort of ability to resist her manipulation/power. So there are two options, he can resist all powers at his will, or he can only resist mental powers. Both would explain why Sylar knows he's there, and knows he's a threat, but chooses not to do anything; because he can't.

No the point is, if she really is "commanding someone" then technically that person has to know how to do it.

Obviously, it doesn't work that way in this case. We are not talking gravity here, there is no science to base your opinion on, so you can't say anything about being realistic or not. Everything involved is pretty much "magic".

I read the novel too >_> . Fyi, it's the brain that tell your heart to beat. One part you normally don't control obviously, but still your brain. We have no clue how her power works tho, but having total control over someone brain could let you do that.

She doesnt seem to be the kind of person who like to use her power . Every time claire's dad (wtf is his name?) talk to her, she say no, before getting "forced" into using her power. I doubt she used them on Mohinder.

I wonder if Claire's dad and the black dude are imune to mental power like this. The policeman couldnt read the dude's mind, and he had trouble to see what was in Claire's dad mind

I just call him Mr. Bennett. I think Eden has too much respect to use her powers on him because it seemed like he saved her somehow in the past.

As of being immune to mental powers, I don't think the Haitian man has immunity. Maybe he just wasn't thinking anything at all when he put Matt (the Policeman) to sleep.
