I still think otaku-boy is the best character, but greg grunberg's character (cop) shows some promise.

The first episode was weak because they had to start everyone's story off... second one was better... third one hooked me. It is getting really good.

Hiro is definetly my favorite, I really like the flying brother's characters too, their story seems like it will be really good, and both of them play their parts well. Mohinder is awesome too even though he doesn't have any powers (yet?) Ali Larter's character is pretty weak so far, but her power still hasn't really been defined, but I would let her brutally murder me any day cause she's so hot. Oh and that guy the cop shot at seems like he will be a badass villian... but lol @ his Magneto/Psycho Mantis powers. Can't wait to see more of him.

I've been dreaming for a moment like this my whole life. I've become Chrono in Chrono Trigger or Trunks in Dragon Ball. I've become the hero in my own RPG. Except that this isn't a game. This is real. There is no saved game or cheat codes. I get no Phoenix Downs. There is no game over. There can't be.

I'm excited to take this journey as a hero. In reality, I'm scared. But I have to, and will overcome it. I will not be like Trunks or Akira. I won't live in a post-apocalyptic world. I'm going to save the world! I hope I find my Marle and Lucca though. And soon.

As for Final Fantasy, I have played them all, even XI. MMORPGs are a time sink! I had to stop playing.
I literally was glued to my PS2 for 24 hours straight. FF VI probably holds a special place in my heart.

Spoiler: there's only one brother that actually flies, look at Peter's napkin to figure out what his powers are.

i think the character fits the show really well but he's really stupid in the way he acts. i hope he doesn't get any powers, that would be way to cliche and convenient.

based on the way his murder victims are always killed with household objects that were never touched, and stopping bullets, I'd say it's pretty obviously telekinesis.

This show is already starting to piss me off. The story involving Ali Larter's character is boring as shit, and the cheerleading girl is ridiculous. How is it that she keeps putting finding herself in ridiculous scenarios where she is getting her neck broken by a football player or impaled to a stick?

If she were normal she would have died about 6 or 7 times in the course of the 3 episodes we've seen so far...but really seeing her no an autopsy table with her chest cut open was fucking dumb. I didn't see any boobage.

it's only those 2 scenes that were ridiculous, the other stuff is self-inflicted to test her limits. if you didn't feel much pain and had super regenerative abilities there's no need to be that careful. who needs to look both ways before crossing the street if the cars can't hurt you.
