I just watched Episode 3 (thanks to NBC being awesome and putting it up online for kids with classes http://www.nbc.com/Video/rewind/full_ep ... how=heroes)

It was AWESOME. I freaking love this show soooo much. Every character except Ali bucktoothIdontknowwhatherlastnameis is amazing. Hiro is so cute, Claire is fucking weird and half the time I love her half the time I hate her. Mohindar owns, omg, everyone owns. It's so great.

I can't wait for next week!!!!

edit: Thinking about it, the only reason I even want to see the Ali parts are to see what her son is going to say, because he is so smart. I love that little boy sometimes! But what was up with the grandma?

I want to know what the hell is going to happen with the cheerleader chick. It looks like she is probably going to kill the quarterback guy by crashing the car, and that would be cool lol. I just want to see how she is gonna put herself back together, etc.

Wow, I've never wanted a show not to end so badly in my LIFE. The end was freaking...holy shit good.

Spoilers --

When Claire crashed the car, that was AMAZING. I used to have a love/hate relationship with her but now I think she is just fucking...omg I love her for that. Brilliant.

Hiro from the future?! FUCKING. AWESOME. He's such a pimp, and probably my favorite Hero of the bunch. The gambling part was so good ahfklashfak I love him. Plus he looked like some sort of ninja in his future gear, I love it.

Ali Larter even kicked ass in this episode, and you got to see where her "mark" is. So far my friend and I have noticed several:

Ali's back
Claire's book
Black guy's necklace

Maybe they're test subjects and that mark/tattoo/symbol is a sign? Not quite sure yet. I'm sure it plays a very significant part in the series, so we have to be on the lookout for where they are.

I still can't get over that car crash part though, that was SO kickass. I'm not too keen on the "save the cheerleader save the world" motto though, since most cheerleaders I know I want to punch in the face.

Ahh, best episode so far!! I wish the police officer was in this one though, I really love his character. omg can't wait for next week!!!

Not sure if you meant strictly that episode or overall, but in the second episode it is shown quite a few times, the heroin guy has a painting of it in his apartment, and when Mohinder(sp?) and the girl get into his Dad's computer, and it shows all that code, the symbol repeats itself over and over in different angles. It is also in the episode one or two more times but I'd have to watch again to remember where.

I'm not sure if this will be the motto because:

1.) Claire's father is that badass government bad guy and if he harnesses her power something bad will happen.

2.) Her specific power will allow her to stop some sort of attack.

My first thought was "Why the hell is Hiro a samurai!?". Then when he spoke, I was thinking "How far into the future is he that he speaks perfect, unaccented English?".
