I think Claire's pretty useless at this point too. I'm sure she's GOING to play a really important part later on though. Her ability is far too amazing for her to go overlooked when some serious shit is about to go down. If Peter can regenerate because of her, and Sylar can't...well...that's pretty important I'd say.

Jessica is worthless. DL is worthless. Micah is cute, but worthless. Jessica's entire story could have been written out of the show and you wouldn't be able to notice a difference. Same thing with DL. While he has a pretty cool power, who the fuck cares? Same with Micah. Yeah I'd love to be able to control things like that, but...he hasn't done jack shit to progress the story at all. They win the worthless family award.

The ONLY reason they could be viewed as somewhat important is that they all (not so much Micah) are closely connected to Linderman. I think that could possibly play a larger part later on but right now god...they just suck.

Claire is emo because her father is erasing her mother from existance basically. Imagine your father lazer beamed your mother anytime she caught him cheating for example, and over time your mother forgets who you are/collapses/is now in a coma.

Oh that's right it hasnt. You know, if they didn't show that it was really jessica behind nikki, it would have been so much better. Back when Nikki would go unconscious, and wake up all weird with dead bodies around her, it was so much cooler, it felt mysterious . Had she been able to summon the dead to do her bidding it'd be awesome, none of this She-man thing.
