If you haven't watched the episode and you read this, you're stupid.

I said that HRG was "killed off", because, well, he's probably in the hospital thanks to his gun wound, and the Haitian erased his mind, so he's now an empty, memoryless shell. He's of no use to us anymore, AND we now know of a "higher" person than he.

you're a little nuts if you think that. they already set it up so that Parkman is going to be his partner to replace the Haitian, why would you assume he's going to lose all of his memory. if they were going to write his character off the show completely, they could have just killed him outright. and they made it very obvious the shot wasn't going to be fatal too.

we can't tell for sure from this episode how much he "forgot", but my assumption is, just enough so that his bosses will not find out what happened to Clarie through him, plausible deniability.

he should have knowledge of everything about Ted and Parkman and his job, etc.

Yeah I agree, I think if anything he'll be more badass and evil since he doesn't have the knowledge and memory of his daughter grounding him and making him the fairly decent person they made him out to be in this episode. Now he'll be the hardass, no remorse guy that he's been trying to make his superiors think he was all along.

I think he was prolly talking about bennet, but none the less, id imagine he still has memory of claire, and what not. When they described the hatian, they said he could practically cherry pick the memories he wanted. Prolly just picked out the knowledge of the hatian having claire.
