Most likely just the plan for escape and any information pertaining to her ability before that day (because he wasn't supposed to know about it, the Haitian was keeping it secret).Originally Posted by Kaylia

I kind of want the show to be entirely about HRG's company for now on. I mean really, even Hiro isn't as cool as this.
(And it needs more Hana... she might totally end up being like Jack Bauer... with a built in router in his brain).
No idea yet on how much he took out, but HRG said "Go deep."Originally Posted by Kaylia

I believe that's what he took. HRG's boss also hints about Matt being a great partner since he can tell if people are lying. Assuming Matt did become loyal to the "Company" and worked alongside HRG, it would be bad for him to have any thoughts about the plan to let Claire escape with the Hatian.Originally Posted by Keno
PS. New graphic novel is out
No, he said to "Go deep. Remove anything that could link to her." So I assume, forget about it entirely. They staged it so it would look like the Haitian kidnapped Claire, and erased Bennet's memory of her entirely so he wouldnt even know or have a remote idea of who she is or was, or his relationship with her.Originally Posted by nivlakian
My interpretation was for him to just erase anything that could lead his boss to her again, I did not think he meant "erase her so I dunno who she is." As usual, we just have to wait and see, this episode was definately great, had alot of tie ins and at same time, left some loose ends that makes us wonder (Hiro's Dad definately seems to be even above Mr. Bennett's immediate boss- Roberts, so he is tied in to all of this)Originally Posted by Saga
Regarding the "someone whose instructions supercede yours," the first thing that popped into my head was Future Hiro. The more I think about it, the more I believe that it's unlikely to be anything else we are already familiar with. Claire obviously has some sort of significance to future events; Future Hiro understands this, and is tasked with returning to the present day to help ensure her safety (as when we encounter him in the beginning on the subway with Peter). Also, the scene itself suggests that it isn't the "Company" that the Haitian answers to, and moreover the episode itself makes it seem like they didn't know about Claire manifesting until now.
Then there's the dialog a few episodes ago in Claire's house when he didn't take her memory, something like "It's very important that you remember," which was said with the kind of urgency of someone who understands the level of her importance beyond that with which the viewer has become acquainted (the only other person who understands this being Future Hiro). So yeah, I'm guessing it's either Future Hiro or some present or future affiliate of Future Hiro.
I heard "Remove anything that could lead them to her." As in anything about her whereabouts or even that the Haitian is involved (although that would be probably be pretty obvious), but not about her entirely. There's no danger in letting him remember Claire, just in letting him remember that he let her go, or that he hid her power.Originally Posted by Saga
Last night was easily the best episode this show has had. Does anyone know for sure how many episodes they're doing this season? An interview in TV Guide said that NBC originally was only doing half a season but they extended it to a full season, and then some more episodes on top of that to finish off season one.
should be 22 episodes.
The way they were talking, they were making it out to only end up being one season long, period. I hope not. x.x I personally like this, but I'm not sure how they could expand past one season.. (if they end up stopping the big boom before then and what not.)
Epic episode.
Don't feel like reading all the new posts from before last night's episode, but I'm sure everything I was going to say was already said anyways lol.
the boom is really just a minor subplot. if the season ends with the boom being stopped, Sylar will more than likely still be at large.Originally Posted by Akiyama
after Sylar is resolved, there's hundreds of things that can be done with the organization. they can destroy the organization eventually, or everyone of importance can be recruited into it.
Two things of no importance;
1. The invisible man said he knew he was supposed to get killed by HRG. So maybe he faked his own death?![]()
Added: Maybe either Hiro or Hiro's dad already know's about Claire by going into the future, they then fake the invisible man's death so he can teach Peter later on, because he/they know all that is going to happen![]()
2. Regarding someones comment about Matt being a bad partner for Bennet, I don't think it'd be bad because Matt knows about Claire especially from what Peter told him. So unless they can majorly brainwash him, then he's not a threat. Since they don't have the Haitian anymore then I doubt this is possible, but maybe that's the lab chicks ability iono. . .![]()
However, I do think they'd have to have the capability to brainwash people now, because there were neighbors around the Bennet house watching and they gotta have a way to shut them all up. Not to mention get rid of all the radiation poisoning they all haveWonder if they'll ever explain that one.

to what the Haitian has, but more of a mass memory-altering ability?
Well quite a few people saw Claire walk out of the house and regenerate....
wonder why they didn't just have the hatian stop ted from using his power when hrg was handing him the papers. then hrg coulda just tranq'd him then.
Are people really this stupid?Originally Posted by Moosey
Why is god's name would they implement a hero with the Haitians power only amplified. Think before you type.
There is the off chance however that the organization takes powers and is able to give them to others. Explains the scene where HRG and the Thompson guy are looking at Ted in the cell and Thompson says, "..and then you know what we'll do (Once we know about his power)".
