DL had the look of "you're full of shit bitch" after Jessica talked to him, I think he knows whats going on and that story will pick up soon. I also think the whole Nikki having her own seperate manifestation thing is pretty cool.

Yeah, I too think DL is catching on and just waiting for something to happen or him to find something specific. Remember that DL is also involved somewhat with Linderman, although he was let go he still has some connection. And Peter with DL's power would be great, so they need to meet.

I thought they meant it that he was an actual security guard. He said "I figured you'd try to steal something sooner or later." so he may have tried to get posted closest to that place.

But how did he manage to get in that high security building in the first place as a fake guard? That scene happen like 1 day after they took different route, so I find unlikely he managed to infiltrate them already.

On that painting, I think is interesing how you can clearly see that ring, isn't that Isaac's ring that he wears? Anyone recognize which guy wears it? (well, I think is Isaac's because I remember from the earlier episodes he wore a similar ring..but not too sure) I just can't wait for the next episode to air, maybe I will try to freeze myself for 7 weeks till then!

I noticed the gun watching the episode too, which was what made me believe at first it was Isaac and not Peter in the paintings--completely forgetting that Mohinder had a similar-looking gun lying around his apartment as well. However, looking at Niv's screen captures, you can see in one of the images an easel with a painting in it, and what appears to be a table with jars of paintbrushes, so I'm still inclined to believe it is himself that was painted. (On top of the fact that everything we've learned about the future from previous episodes suggests that Isaac is dead in precisely that fashion within two weeks, while Peter lives on for quite a while.)

I just read this. Season 2 of Heroes may not even be about the people in season 1. That could really piss off some people who have grown attached to some of these characters. Interesting idea though.

Tim Kring, creator of NBC's hit series Heroes, told SCI FI Wire that the upcoming second season will constitute a new volume in the multi-volume series, with new characters and an entirely new storyline. "If you remember, the opening of the pilot pronounced the episode as the beginning of Volume One," Kring said in an interview. "Volume One comes to a conclusion at the end of episode 23, and Volume Two starts with the opening of season two. And Volume Two is a different story."

Kring added: "We could have new people and new storylines and new ideas and new threats and new bad guys and new heroes. So I would prepare the audience for that idea, that it's not just a continuing serialized storyline about only these people. It's a little more the 24 model than the Lost model."

The first season of Heroes is exploring what happens when a disparate group of ordinary people discover they have extraordinary abilities and attempt to save New York from disaster.

"Heroes needs to evolve, and if we are positing an idea that this is happening all over the world to many, many people, then we get to see some of those people and see how their story fits in."
