As for it being a fan's wishlist and not actual info, the title of the post says "Furage Magazine Information", and then the title above the SE game related stuff says "Nomura Interview".
Ah, nevermind then. Though White Wind does look more like a Curaga-type spell than a Cure V.

5 merits in Invigorate is almost twice as retarded as 3 merits in Invigorate. Can't get enough merits in Penance, though. Gogo Yovra melee kill with just 8 WS.

I think the reason that BLU cannot equip is due to the fact that they have A- sword skill... equipping Ridill would make them overpowered.
Ridill now is limited to jobs with no higher than a B Sword skill... and Dual-Wielding it makes WAR very strong from a TP gain perspective.
It seems to me they are saying "Ridill would be too powerful for BLU, plus we only intended it to be a single wield weapon."

White Wind was always a quirky spell in previous FFs. Was usually regarded as the best healing spell in every game, because of how it healed HP. It healed based on the casters current, or max HP stat. So for example if you had 677 HP, after you cast White Wind, everyone in the Party got healed for 677 HP automatically. The easiest 'fix' for Ridill would be to make it so that all multi-hit weapons only give one extra TP for each 'extra attack' proc. Ala what they did to multi-hit weaponskills.
Ridill, Joyuese and KC would still kick ass, just not as much ass.
They'ld probably do it so that double attack would be nerfed too, hurting wars and everyone that goes /war in the process.

To fix Ridill it'd have to be +1 TP per extra hit and D20.
