I'm pretty sure that when Winraf on bismarck got his and posted results of testing (can only remember this, was probably tested before he got it too) he got consistant 200-250 damages, and never got any triple procs... and still hasn't gotten any. I could be wrong, and I know he posts here occasionally... so he can confirm/deny, as can anyone else with data.

The rate of the 3x proc isnt worth upgrading the horn for even if it was true, because trying to rely on the horn to give a 3x on a specific song is like getting the algol to rely on it's triple attack during WS.
