Not every item has to be HQ, but someone running around in a Dalmatica should take the time to upgrade a few basic pieces of gear. (Especially the damn staff, I refuse to level my BRD past 51 until I get the HQ.)

i've talked with him numerous times and has never claimed to be a GM, always just a employee of SE. whenever he talked about it in ls never said GM.
