Pretty sure it's just the SE name generator for galkas. We also have Galkas such as Sunlesscucumber and Blisterytsunami. Tarus all have names like Lohmekutsime, Myakegomyasego, Pukyohukyo, Lineranlaneran, Pyoominopyoono, etc. I don't remember if they have any humes or other races and what their names are but the Galka ones are hilarious.
