That is a Wrestler's Earring (the /mnk one) and a NQ bone earring. Annnd a quarterstaff. To his credit, on the second fight he Dia'ed an onionhead, linking ten more, and died horribly, taking half the party with him. This, at least, enabled me to say, "I told you so" several times to our party leader, who picked this guy over not 1, not 2, but THREE rank 10 summoners all seeking. His reasoning was that "summoners can't heal ninja parties"

Mana Ring is kind of cheap but I don't see anything wrong with it, for the price it's a good piece of gear (I use it in capped zones personally), and same deal with Bat Earrings, usually cheap and they give MP.
