That's not gimp, that's just an Axe warrior who just got a ridill and hasn't rotated their gear to fit a sword/sword build yet. You said they just got it, right? The rest of that stuff looks like pretty standard Axe/Axe or Axe/Joy merit set-up. Nothing amazing but nothing bad. This thread needs more absurdly gimp "My white mage has no staves and a bone earring" and less of whatever the hell this was supposed to be, "He doesn't have Byakko's and only has HQ Mantle and not Forager's, what a gimp!". I have looked upon the face of true gimpness and it's not a fenrir's earring, try harder.

He actualy just returned from a year long + hiatus from being in the military.

Of course, I'm sure Rora's just upset that he didn't get his ridill.

Pretty sure this is the same thread with Armada Hauberk+Thick Mufflers, no? Yeah, it was amusing then; it still is. There are the gimps you'll see in those XP PTs and then what you see at end-game that look like RMT almost but aren't. You take those screenshots 24 hours earlier and you'd think "oh they're just an average level 75 player" which is true, but they're not the person you picture with that rare/ex the next day, without at least, a few changes first.

I have never laughed so hard in my life, honestly, I really think my lv 60 PLD I'm currently XPing could tank as well as he does.

And how long has he been PLD?

And what do you kite with, a lolearthstaff?

The whole point of kiting is to -not get hit-, I'd much rather have the extra +7 enm and keep the mob on my tail then -20% phys damage that will never kick in.

Yes, there are some times you do kite and expect to get hit, then its e-staff > s/s, but at king-b, you shoudn't be getting hit at all.

Don't get me wrong; it's nothing against Slifer as a player. He's seen M.body in the pool anyway, but it had to go to BRD in that LS.

But out of all the people with D.rings, who got the ring before M.body or Valor Surcoat.. out of all the people with Ridills, who got it before even E.hands, from the same mob? That's what amusing about the pictures; I have nothing against either of them, and from what I saw, Palidor was by far the most deserving at the time of the kill.

Those will do you a ton of good when you're running away, and not engaged right?

And earth staff does no good if you aren't getting hit by physical attacks.

There's certainly nothing horribly wrong with that Paladin's gear. Just surprised to see Adaman Feet insetad of Gallant or Valor.

Ninja edit - if that's a BQ ring I'm guessing that's a Psilos' Mantle so probably a HP setup for Spirits Within.

Chill. I don't have anything wrong with any LS. Except the Vanquish/Vintage people who hate me for god knows why. I guess applying to Kupo is wrong vs. applying to Omen.

A Duelist Chapeau/Dalmatica RDM is the same as those? Neither of those pieces are nearly as rare/powerful as the above 2. Most of the other RDM gear is pretty straight-forward. Wood Gloves (for MND) and Duelist's Gloves (for INT) until Yigit Gages are bad temporary choices? Are Mahatma Cuffs and Devotee's+1 worth the gil and extra inventory space over Yigit Gages? Wood Feet over NQ wise.. debatable 30MP vs 1INT? Mahatma Slops/Prism Cape/Penitent's all standard shit?

Must be the Sapphire Ring, Diamond Ring, Water Staff, Earth Staff, and Light Staff... huge blemishes, sorry, clearly the equivalent of the above 2. I'd still frown upon the Earth Staff kinda, but we actually plan out RDM group2 merits across all of our RDMs, another presumably gimp thing right?.. and his Elvaan MND is used on Lv3 Paralyze II, not Slow II. Rag on him for it if you want, but he's 6 weeks into an end-game linkshell.. not doing badly in my opinion, shrug.
