Granted that he's definately gimp, your basis of attack is completely off.

Even if puks were casters, they absorb wind damage, and are completely immune to wind debuffs, so even the most pimped out, tricked out, decked out rdm couldnt silence a puk.

I was just reminded of a RDM I had while leveling in Bibiki Bay, who'd try to silence the Dhalmels, but got a similar amount of resists.

NQ staff: -5% dmg/acc
Ammo: 2int
Body: If he is walking around in black cloak, chance is he doesnt have a weskit cause there is almost no situation where you would equip it, so chance you are walking around with one is slim.
Neck: -4int (or 7elemental)
Ring: -4int
Sash: -3-4int/enm/mp
Pant: NQ is 20k, he could get something better for sure
AF feet: There isnt too many good feet that are easy to get (af2, , yigit, rostrum), but he is still missing 2 int from the best feet on AH

That's like 10-15int, ~10% bonus dmg on nuke, and some enm/mp so it's not "almost nothing".

However, the problem isn't his dmg output. This kind of blm will never macro any kind of gear and doesn't carry enfeebling stuff on him. I'm sure he has 0 dark on drain/aspir, doubt he uses af1 to land sleep, and probably nuke with z.mitts on stuff that resist, instead of using af1.

Did anyone think it might be level cap stuff? I've run around in crap like that on my jobs trying to see what I have on me will work in x cap zone. Might have the cloak on so that he's not naked. I dunno.

Benefit of the doubt. I don't think it's fair to say x is gimp because he doesn't have all the HQ staves, either. It would be nice, but gimp is wearing an MP staff or something.

This is gimp because he got the cheapest gears he could get for one job, and with the gear he has, he cant be efficient on HNM, solo or any situations.


There is worse I agree, but that doesnt make him less gimped.
