When I'm on blm I walk around in black cloak just because I don't like having my character's head out in the open(or for the refresh while travelling), but my blm is gimp anyway.

That dude's a taru, what boots on ah have +2 int? >.> I can't think of non-rse with int. I haven't looked for blm stuff in such a long time

But like I said, gimp boot isnt what bother me with his gear, it's the lack of effort/money investment of his whole setup. I just hope its not one of his regular job.

i do believe this doesnt qualify for the thread, thats like, slightly gimp gear, and for neck equip that give int there are only like 4 options, and well, they went for the cheapest

legs body and waist look like hmp gear, feet are crapy though...He basically doesn't have HQ gear, but he's not "The worst equiped" assuming that is hmp gear.
