Worst equipped melee/mage

A normal Thunder IV resist should be 550-600 for a moderately geared 75 BLM. How did this guy get a 1/4 resist O.o It was Windsday and MAY have been earth weather so that could be the explanation. Apparently this guy has a 75 whm and a ls mate mentioned that he was so terrrible in their party, they had to kick him. Don't people care about their gear anymore

BTW Artemis was indeed a fresh 75 BLM. Nice guy too.

Barbarian's Scythe, Royal Knight's Mufflers, a level 14 DEX+2 ring, and every other slot either DEF gear or unoccupied, resulting in a staggering total of DEX+2, Accuracy-2, Attack+25. No food, either. He refused to skillchain because he "didn't get TP fast". I wonder why...

You can get resisted to less than 1/2, or 1/4. 1/10 is the most you can get resisted down to, on normal mobs that aren't "immune" to that element, like elementals or something, which take like 1/100 damage. I can remember casting Thunder IV on an Aura Statue for like 150 damage... was a big "wtf?!" frome me and party members. Once in a blue moon kinda thing, but yeah it happens. If the guy in your pic was getting resisted to that degree on a consistant basis well... damn, lol.

I dont see any improvement under 1.5m or rare/ex (assuming those 2 are snipers). And in most gear slot, the improvement would still be minimal

Could probably melee zerg KB like chevelnik without too much problem. Anyway, meleeing kb isn't a problem, you can do good dmg.
