This gear set-up is really similar to a "new" 75 WAR RMT on Valefor. I didn't think to get a screen shot on Saturday, but Rember was at Tiamat with AF body on, Martial Axe and AF axe.

It's the level 55 San d'Orian body piece, Royal Knights Chainmail. You're probably thinking of the Royal Squire Chainmail which looks a bit different. Either way, that WAR makes me die inside, a lot.
