Disappointing last couple of pages, people seem to have forgotten what this thread is all about. So i think its time for me to win the thread..

The first tipoff came when I saw his name on search, but whatever. Hes a whm and I didnt feel like having to solo all mage dutys today. We get to the camp, hes a mentor. Uh oh. Observing him a bit, hes curing in dark staff, never taking it off. Errr k, blowing all your mp with horrible efficiency.. but whatever. So then I start casting refresh on him. In my usual fashion, I start my rotation before the original wears off. The log looked something like this:

Cely starts casting Refresh on Toocool.
Toocools refresh effect wears off.
(Toocool): Refresh please.

Alright then, /check. Without further adieu, i give you: Toocool.

Trial Katana offhand.
His earring were the latent +20% haste L70 NIN earring (trigger = red HP, <100% TP), and the L30 ATK+5 latent earring (trigger = /DRK)
Rings were an L14 DEX+2 ring and Shinobi Ring (Triggered like sorcerer's Ring, Haste+4%)

He also never once macroed in gear for WS's, would pull with 'voke, despite the throwing weapon he had, ALWAYS wore his AF boots.


Was absolute hilarity watching their PT, especially once we started pulling mobs and left them with Skoffins to pull. I think half the PT died, and the NIN died at least 3-4 times because he would pull Skoffins from all the way near the north camp.

lvl 48 weapons at 59 and that is RK belt not sword and he didnt realize puks aggro sound so he trained and died(didnt mijin lol); me and the mnk tanked more than him.

FAIL, NOT GIMP. Could it be better? Of course, they all could be better. Is it gimp? Fuck no, Id love to pt with a ninja like that. They will do decent damage as a DD nin and probably hold hate well. Not having a haidate this day and age doesnt make you gimp, at least they have a haubergeon, its a good inexpensive setup that can be improved on but is still quite serviceable.

It's retarded that he's using Sai, but the best katana for NIN until 61 is Yoto +1, which is Lv.46.

I asked him if he had the RDM AF, he replied no. This was my last non-HNM Dyna LS. (Titan didn't have one until I started one with my old HNMLS).

Wasn't 2 boxed or a mule character.. That just was his gear..

shouldnt use RMTs for "gimp" gear in the first place lol
