    Colored contact lenses have a colored ring that covers the color area of your eye with a clear part in the center for your pupil. It basically covers/adds color to your natural eye color, and if you look closely at an eye with a colored contact lens in, you will easily tell if it's fake or not, that picture however is just photoshoped.

    The reflections in the different parts of the eye give away that it's photoshopped pretty easily.
