That's just the button panels on the wall, you pee into a normal western style toilet, don't worry.

The most basic functions are to spray your butt with water (regular or massaged), spray your front, dry you off, etc. etc., but some also come with music/sound effects for when you're peeing.. the possibilities are endless! Though hands down, the best feature is in the winter when the seats are heated!
