In response to sinus' posted SS... well, dont take this the wrong way, not intended to be a flame... those SS dont really prove much... % Block Rate, % Damage mitigation parsed from an entire fight are much better ways to determine effectiveness than 1 hit "wow" screenshots.

Just thought i'd point it out.. but lol they got hit 10 times in a row. But the shield does a great job of mitigating damage they shouldn't have taken in the first place.

Everyone knows the blockrate of Aegis, I'm just showing Aegis lowers the damage a lot more than Koenig shield does.

Just thought i'd point it out.. but lol they got hit 10 times in a row. But the shield does a great job of mitigating damage they shouldn't have taken in the first place.

I'm sure that 200 something damage was really hurting their MP bars. Give me a break, you could main heal yourself with shit like that.

Like it was said before. The SS are nice but unless there is some real data with a proc rate that can be compared against the proc rate of another pld with the same gear except aegis, then nothing can be argued with validitiy either way.

Ethereal would still be nice for those times you dont block with Aegis, and the +15 HP is okay lol.
