I agree st.anger isnt that bad, and you are right it doesnt sound like anything from the 80's (pre self titled). Personally i'd be sick of a band that sounded exactly the same for 20+ years that never changed a thing about their music.

Kiro <3 i quoted you because of where you said "hetfield went sober they seemed to suck" I dont think they suck but it does seem to be common for bands to write/play/make better music when they are on drugs or abusing alcohol... Can name so many bands (shit even musicians i know personally) that were better before getting sober. Once hetfield got off the booze he started caring more about his life and shit then playing music, thats where the diminishing comes in. They dont put out cd's or tour as much. That reminds me, what ever happened to AJ from the backstreet boys?

Fhqwghads: I never said that because metallica sells alot of music it must be good, Amarok i never played that card... I was pointing out the coincidence that metallica got even bigger after Burton died. After their main creative talent and motivation was gone, they were able to make more albums and higher selling albums. Sure when burton was around they made some of their best songs, but the self titled disc wasn't bad; in fact it's probably what they are best known for. I personally like Load and Reload.

Boyiee, I will simply say that from the tone of your post you seem to be confusing me with BRP, for the most part.
He is the one suggesting the Comedy lineup is declining and all I said of the anime line up is that there have been crappier Anime shows in the history of [as] than crappy Comedy shows.
You seemed to have implied in your post that you didn't really read what I said, due to my verbose writing style, so I suppose I can't be too offended.

As for my writing style, I suppose I could dumb it down to 'Yea, well Fuck you', but I see that is disrespectful not only to my opponent, but also to the validity of the argument.
Far too often, I see random assholes killing a decent argument with a sophomoric line of self-indulgent crap, so when I'm faced with something that is even remotely worth arguing about, I try to be as, for lack of a better word, 'classy' as humanly possible.
I realize that, to an extent, this is also the depths of self-indulgence, but at least I don't degrade the argument into petty bickering and/or e-peen waving (thought it may eventually come to that, I try not to make it my fault.)
So yea, I don’t care what people think of me when there are people wallowing in ignoramus-speak thinking it’s the pinnacle of comedy (not to say lowbrow comedy is always bad, but it’s not always funny either).
I respect your opinion enough to even respond to you like an adult, at least acknowledge the fact that such a thing comes at a premium.
