This has always been a mystery to me. To many conflicting reports about it imo, once I ran circles around him with Sneak/invis fine, next time I tried I died. I heard a Night vs Day theory but thats about it for explanations.

I was thinking of responding to that also... I didn't take a video, so it doesn't show indefinite proof, but I've got screenshots of me running up to him invis'd (he aggro'd me) then screenshots of me warping with perfect dodge up. Doesn't show the part where he aggro'd though, just me running up to him invisible, then warping.
