    So much wrong here...

    Infinite does not mean irrational. See: 1/3. Irrational means it cannot be expressed as a fraction.
    Decimal is not the ., that is the decimal point. Decimal is the base 10 system. More or less any number that can be properly expressed in the base 10 system is a decimal. Pi, e, and i are the most important irrational numbers and cannot be expressed in decimal.
