Metsu <> Mercy does Darkness, which means Metsu is in one of the darkess lv3 categories
but:
Shark > Metsu wont chain
Metsu > Shark wont chain
Evis > Metsu does Fragmentation

figure it out.

It means metsu is darkness with a frag property. It's kind of like how namas to namas will make light but it can't make light off of fusion or fragmentation and can only be the distortion property otherwise.

Dark2 property + Dark2 property = Dark2 effect
Darkness effect + Dark2 property= Dark2 effect

Similar example using only Spharai:
DK->FH->FH = light followed by light2
FH->FH->FH = light2 followed by nothing
