I don't use dusk gloves because I haven't signed a +1 (only HQ when I don't use a signing crystal -.-), and as far as I'm concerned unless it's perfect I don't care >.>

I was working on salvage during relic quest but that was too stressful for me and other members of my team so we took a break... need Usukane feet for 6hit w/o relying on aftereffect on WS, and other peices for ws gear so I am far from done with my gear as most know it's a never ending battle

Seeing as how 110 mill pretty much came straight out of my pocket for it I don't really see the point.

110 mil out of what? (Just curious, thats alot of work, but wondering if that covered the cost of your relic or how much assistance ya recieved).

I guess out of 160 since I'm still technically about 50 mill in debt for it. I could have just bought a relic straight out for about 120 if I had waited till after I came back from my 3 month break to buy currency.

Ya, thats the shittiest thing. I have been saving/farming/crafting for Aegis for a couple years now.. and have been buying currency the entire time. Looking back at the prices I have paid over time, I should have just saved all my gil till now and upgraded 2-3 relics with no sweat...

Just back then it didnt look like the market was gonna go down anytime soon. Kinda wish SE would have let us know "hey, we are gonna take 40000000000 gil out of the system, hope that doesnt ass fuck your economy and make everything you own worthless". At the peak of inflation I had most of my gil in items, as I was seeing gil becoming worthless. So I lost alot of gil when the market crashed. Live and learn I guess, just hard to apply any RL economics to the game since SE fucks with the system anytime they please.

I think I ended up spending around 500mil on mine and took about a year, but back then it wasn't so hard to make a few mil a week. I sold all my gear to finish, and then decreased my play time to a few hours a week/month. I don't even have a temp torque 0/15 or something lol, pcc, haidate, swift belt etc... I finished relic to finish relic, I'm also probably the gimpest relic holder all together too, but I have all my merits so who cares.

Indeed it is yes! Innuendos galore! lolgalka consider Humes were nice enough and could've sealed off Korroloka Tunnel when you were running from the ants so don't whine about your hard labour.

/cry How well I know this... My dynamis shell does not fund relics, but we can buy currency from the shell to help pay for runs. The price for currency from the shell is determined on how much currency we got that month and then divided by how many runs, thus the sale of currency from one month pays for the next month.

I have now bought 8 100 pieces from my shell to pay for my husband's Mandau, but in the current state of the game economy I can't make gil as fast as I used to so have not been able to buy currency in weeks... I love my Dynamis shell (I am a sackholder and 2 year+ long member), but we still do not have a single fully-upgraded relic to our name... The shell leader has a stage 4 weapon, because basically he's had to pay for almost all runs himself as not many other members have had gil to buy currency from him. Say Lolguttler all you want, but I think it's great that he's finally getting close...

My HNM shell also has had no luck in camping any HNMs (except Simurgh, but we've only gotten 1 Ingot off him EVER), so getting gil drops to help pay for it isn't really an option either... HNMs make me so emo when I see the same people bot them every night, but it seems only the HNM shells have enough gil nowadays to upgrade relics...

Sorry to rant a bit... woke up late and missed my Nyzul static, so I'm bored until Limbus starts...

Yeah... well... other people complain too...

I know the prevelence of bots in endgame is a real problem point with other people too, I just had the need to let off a little steam. The same butthead has claimed King Arthro many times this week on our server, and last night he CFH at 3% and it was killed that way... Just another night wasted trying to help a friend get an extra 2% haste...
